Dear Family Members and Caregivers,
As we begin another week, and in an effort to keep you close during these times during which we’re separated, we wanted to provide some updates.
First and foremost, we want to be as transparent as we can be as you think about your loved one in our care. As it relates to COVID-19, here is the protocol we are following:
- As has been our protocol, we continue to make personal phone calls to the person identified in our records as the responsible party regarding COVID-19, consistent with all of our communication regarding resident care.
- All requirements continue to be strictly adhered to for reporting resident and staff COVID cases as required by the licensing regulations and other regulatory bodies governing nursing homes.
- All COVID-related matters are posted to a designated page on the website. You can click here for our Frequently Asked Questions. We are updating this post as often as necessary.
- Please know that we respect the media and the role they play in transparency, yet with that said, there are limits to what we share about specifics, so please contact us directly with any questions about your loved ones here.
We are taking good care of our residents. They’re family to us. And thank you so much for the positive notes and emails we continue to receive about our team. They’re doing such incredible work, that we took your comments and have shared them with them on this video. It makes all the difference in the world for them to know how grateful we are for their excellent care.
